My dear relatives everywhere,
There is a prophecy among indigenous elders to the effect that young women will save the planet.
You can find the empirical evidence of the fact that they’re right by reading the letter by our minister for culture, Miss Becca R. I should say before proceeding that context is everything. When you read this young sister’s words you should also make it your business to read the latest book by one of the greatest journalists working today. Mr. Chris Hedges. The books is called empire of Delusion. Kalpulli Turtle Island Multiversity chose throws its full weight and endorsement behind this preeminent indictment of a terminally sick empirical culture. When you contemplate what Becca has to say.
About how we humans have been conditioned to stunt our potential, read Chris Hedge’s comments on what our academic meat-packing plants are doing to our young people. My relatives the time for a grand confrontation is at hand.
We must do in this country that which happened in former Czechoslovakia in 1989. At this point, a look backward is in order because sometimes backward is forward. In November 1964, a young guy who was in the age group now claimed by Becca stood on the roof of a police car at the University of California Berkeley. His name was Mario Savio.
What he said that November night in ’64 was that we are all cogs in the machine and it’s our obligation to jam up the machine.
This is what Becca is asking us to do. With an addition, she is asking us to get beyond the polemic, to get beyond the New Age hocus pocus, and to get deadly serious about taking back this planet. It must begin with ecological restoration which will provide full employment everywhere if taken seriously.
It must include the unconditional destruction of the Corporatocracy and its current stranglehold on our universities and colleges. As our minister of culture has just reminded us with her essay, we have to be about cooperation rather than mindless malignant competition. If we aren’t, rest assured the world’s society will inevitably experience a nervous breakdown from which there will be no recovery.
The other day I had a very sad conversation with a University Student. I know her to be a happy and forward-looking human being. But in our dialogue, she evidenced all the signs of a coming breakdown. Owing to the insane frenetic evil busy-ness this corporatized university has imposed on its students. When I asked her why she was so wound up, she said that in order to get a good job” she had to be able to prove to the bureaucrats that in addition to 4 or 5 classes per semester she had had 2 jobs and three extracurricular activities. Otherwise she would not be considered for a position.
This madness has Made in the USA written all over it. Those of you who live in other parts of the world should think twice before you blindly follow our model. I make this warning particularly strongly to those of you who live in the Global South and China. Find your own way to sustainable prosperity. Screw Wall Street and Washington And take control of your lives, collectively and individually.
That’s why Kalpulli Turtle Island Multiversity exists.
Finally, I should like to share a particularly horrible example of when countries imitate the US model. You’ve read my comments on the subject before.
A little repetition sometimes goes a long way.
Canada can’t seem to go to the restroom without asking Washington for permission.
As a result they’re becoming as militaristic as we are. 1 of their officers, an air force colonel named Russell Williams, is charged with murdering 2 women and raping others.
The Canadian establishment claims that there’s no connection with his military background.
Militaries exist for the purpose of perpetrating violence. This moral monster should’ve been caught long before he had the opportunity to end lives and shatter others.
There is real hostility to the Canadian military in Ontario. May it spread everywhere. Once again, what would Jessica Loyd and Marie Colo have accomplished, had they lived?
Kalpulli Turtle Island Multiversity is unconditionally dedicated to a woman-centric indigenous centric eco-centric world and we are only too willing to tango with the bad guys if push comes to shove.
Finally, read Becca’s essay, in context with Chris Hedge’s above-mentioned book, Empire of Delusions, send us your dollars too.

Brother Ray
